Creates cell objects in the editable layer. Cell objects are similar to symbols but can be of any object type. Cell objects are organized in libraries, similar to the symbol fonts. As with all other types, there is a Style dialog 
to select a style and a tool button 
to insert a new object. How to create a library of cells is explained in Chapter Cell Style.
Supported object types: Line, Polyline, Region, Rectangle, Ellipse, Arc, Point and even Collection, Multipoint and Text.
Press the tool button and place the current Cell object in a map windows editable layer. To choose the current cell use the Cell Style Dialog.
