Paper Type

There are two sets of paper types:

Set 1 (DIN)	Set 2 (Letter)
DIN-A5 DIN-A4 DIN-A3 DIN-A2 DIN-A1 DIN-A0	Letter Legal Tabloid Statement Executive Broad Sheet

For culture DE Set 1 is default, for culture EN Set 2 is default.

For all other cultures comes a Dialog to choose your paper typ set when starting MapPlot the first time.

You can change the default paper type set by typing the value (1 or 2) in the ini file.
